Disabling new email notification in Outlook
By default Outlook will automatically notify you a number of different ways that a new email has arrived. This can have a negative effect on you productivity so this video shows you the steps required to disable these notifications from within Outlook.
Delayed email sending with Outlook
By default most email programs will immediately dispatch any email once you press the send button. This means that generally you have no option to make changes or even prevent the delivery of the email once you have pressed the send button. Inserting a delay for each email that you send allows you the ability to recover or edit an email after it has been sent from the Inbox. This video shows you how to configure an Outlook rule to insert a delay into each email sent to provide a failsafe to allow you to make changes after you have hit send if necessary.
