A very wothwhile book to read if you are looking for information on personal development. It illustrates how we let our irrational fears limit our potential and more importantly how to go about overcoming them. The books is short and easy to read and contains many simple and prectical examples and exercises.
I would say that you are unlikley to find all the answers you are searching for in this book however it does have a few that most people should find very worthwhile. I would recommend it as agood book to have on your shelf if you are looking at understanding how to improve yourself. As with all good self improvement books it is something that you need to revisit a number of times to gain the most benefit.
